As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide outstanding customer service while supporting a secure environment. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the retail or mall environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter theft, vandalism, and / or other unwanted activity within the retail or mall setting.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activities according to site protocols.

Work collaboratively with location staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support daily operations.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
