Essential Functions :

The Hospice Liaison is responsible for generating new hospice business in both existing and new accounts, identifying new markets, and maintaining relationships in the medical community. You will act as a vital link between our agency, hospitals, and referral sources while educating the community about hospice services. This role requires daily interaction with patients and medical professionals, ensuring proper communication and documentation to support patient care.

Qualifications :

A genuine desire to serve patients and their families, coupled with a passion for quality care.

  • Education : Minimum of an Associate Degree in a related field or relevant work experience in healthcare.
  • Experience : At least 2 years of sales experience in a clinical setting, preferably hospice.
  • Requirements : Reliable transportation, ability to sit, stand, bend, lift a minimum of 25 lbs, and effectively support the weight of average adult patients.
