• Contact customer at job start-up to determine billing, change order, and other accounting requirements.
• Monitor project costs and transfer costs (including labor, tools, etc.) between projects.
• Prepare monthly customer invoices, change order pricing
• Work closely with Project Manager to ensure that change order approvals are obtained.
• Maintain current contract value and revise estimated costs as necessary.
• Manage subcontracts, amendments, maintain current value, input invoices into Purchase Order Status and resolve any billing or contract discrepancies.
• Set-up and maintain labor estimates in labor tracking system.
• Work as a team with Project Managers to review job progress and produce forecasts during monthly Project Status Reviews.
• Work with customers regarding progress payments, final retain age and job close out.
• Other related duties may be assigned to meet business needs, including assisting with year-end audit requests and schedules.
