Position Summary

• Highly creative & strategic global brand developer to oversee the concepting and development of Women Ralph Lauren brands
• Responsible for project for product and campaign ideation to on-counter - inclusive of (competitive / market insights, trends analysis, launch strategy) and partnership with Markets to ensure comprehensive and on-time 360 launch.
• Oversee artwork process including reviewing and approving all mechanicals.
• Work with Ralph Lauren Agency, the license, and build partnership with key stakeholders.
• Digitally / Socially savvy marketer who can assess digital needs and develop concepts / assets in alignment with Manager. Deliver to timeline.
• Keep up-to-date on the latest competitive trends, and insights across platforms (social media, blog, print, tvc, OOH, POS)
• Work with cross-functional teams and Ralph Lauren fashion to brief and create integrated consumer launch plans including hero assets, POS displays, social assets, PDP copy, social activations, and more. Deliver to timeline.
