Overview

Job Title : General Electrical Superintendent – Commercial Projects

About the Company : We are representing a well-established and growing electrical contractor that has built its name on delivering high-quality projects across Texas. With a strong backlog of work and continued growth in the Dallas market, the company is seeking a proven Senior Electrical Superintendent to join their leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day field operations on large commercial electrical projects
  • Manage scheduling, manpower, subcontractors, and materials to keep projects on track
  • Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with all standards and regulations
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver results
  • Mentor and develop field teams, building a strong workforce for future projects

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of electrical construction experience, with at least 5 years leading large commercial projects
  • Strong background in complex electrical systems on projects $5M+
  • Proven ability to lead large crews and coordinate across multiple trades
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Open to relocation to the Dallas, TX area
