The Facilities Project Manager position at the Evendale site is a multifaceted role that requires expertise in construction management, project execution, and knowledge of facilities operations. The role is critical to ensuring that construction and renovation projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality, while maintaining compliance with all industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution
• Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, oversee all phases of construction and renovation, and ensure efficient execution.
• Oversee financials and schedules : Ensure projects are executed efficiently.
• Coordinate execution : Work with external vendors and internal unions.
