Full-time, permanent opening Employed Joining a multi-specialty, non-profit practice Both new graduates and experienced pediatricians welcome Responsibilities : Provide comprehensive outpatient care to infants, children, and adolescents, including well-child visits, immunizations, and management of acute and chronic pediatric conditions Emphasize preventative care and developmental health Collaborate with colleagues and specialists within the health network 100% outpatient; no in-patient responsibilities Qualifications : Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Board certification (or eligibility) in Pediatrics Valid medical license to practice in California Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based pediatric care Benefits : Competitive salary commensurate with experience Starting base pay guarantee $260-$270k 2 year guarantee then transition to productivity model Most physicians perform above the guarantee level (both in the first 2 years and beyond) Additional incentives based on quality and productivity may be applicable Access to advanced pediatric medical technology and equipment
