A company is looking for a Home Equity Mortgage Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage a large pipeline of applications while ensuring production, quality, and service standards are met

Conduct thorough application reviews and validate required documentation, including income calculations

Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing timely updates and managing communication effectively

Required Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years of mortgage experience

Minimum of 2 years of customer contact experience

NMLS license required or must obtain within 30 days of employment

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

Must be located within 100 miles of a local office
