• Night shift : 8pm - 7am (11 hour shift)
• Multiple patients across several floors
• Hospital setting
• Both rounding and admissions required
• Ongoing assignment
• Observed holidays : July 4th, Thanksgiving, New Year's, Christmas, Labor Day, Memorial Day
