Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Counselor, based in Manassas, VA, with options for remote work. The counselor will be responsible for conducting mental health evaluations, developing treatment plans, providing therapy sessions, and maintaining detailed case documentation. Additional responsibilities include relationship counseling, case management, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Treatment Planning, Case Management, and developing individualized care strategies
• Knowledge and experience in Mental Health, Psychology, and counseling techniques
• Skills in Relationship Counseling and fostering healthy interpersonal dynamics
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and empathy skills
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Licensed or license-eligible as a counselor in Virginia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent)
• Experience with neurofeedback or evidence-based therapeutic approaches is a plus
