Description : Responsibilities :

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with them throughout their dining experience
• Process payments and handle cash transactions using the POS system
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and dining areas
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales

Requirements :

Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role is preferred

Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills

Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Skills :

POS : Operating the point-of-sale system for order processing and payment handling.

Hospitality : Creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
