As our Managing DVM , you’ll be more than a clinician—you’ll be a mentor, a motivator, and a visionary leader. You’ll :

  • Provide medical and non-medical leadership for the practice.
  • Support and guide associate veterinarians.
  • Ensure compliance while upholding the highest standards of veterinary ethics.
  • Foster a collaborative, supportive environment where your team can thrive.
  • Shape the direction of the practice and advance medical care.
  • Enjoy a steady caseload with a balance of medical and surgical cases.

    What We’re Looking For

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) degree from an accredited AVMA program.
  • Active (or eligible) Wisconsin license, plus DEA / BNDD eligibility.
  • Excellent communicator with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • At least 1 year of veterinary experience (leadership experience a plus!).
