Automotive Service BDC Agent
Full-Time | Immediate Hire
Fox Toyota is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service BDC Agent to join our growing team! If youre passionate about providing great service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a dealership that values its people and its customers, we want to hear from you.
This is an hourly position, with monthly bonus opportunities available.
Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound service calls, texts, and emails in a professional, friendly manner.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up on missed or declined work.
- Confirm appointments and ensure customers receive updates on vehicle status.
- Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
- Assist with CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) initiatives by providing a smooth, informative service experience.
- Collaborate with the service advisors and management team to maximize department efficiency and retention.
Qualifications :
Prior BDC or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working with computers, phone systems, and CRM tools.Positive attitude, reliable, and detail-oriented.Ability to multitask in a busy environment.Team player attitudePrompt and courteousWilling to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screenAt MAP Automotive, we strive to make every customer a customer for life.
