Shift Time : 9 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM EST(Monday-Friday)

Duration : 5 months (+ Extension)

Skills :

• Two years case / resource management and utilization management is required
• 3-5 years Care Management experience is preferred.
• EPIC experience
• PRI (Patient Review Instrument) and SCREEN experience / certification ideal

Education : Required :

New York State RN License
