About the Role

Fluidstack is seeking a Senior Accountant, Accounts Receivable & Billing to strengthen our

accounting operations as we enter our IPO readiness phase. This role will own the end-to-end. AR process-including billing, cash application, collections, and audit support-and serve as akey point of contact for external auditors and internal finance stakeholders.

Key responsibilities :

• Own the customer billing process from contract review to invoice issuance in NetSuite.
• Manage AR aging, collections, and customer payment reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Finance and Sales to ensure accurate revenue cut-off and billing

Salary & Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $135,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
