Director of Clinical Pharmacology

A company is looking for a Director, Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics (Temporary Staff-Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, execution, interpretation, and reporting of clinical pharmacology data across all stages of drug development

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support drug development programs and present clinical pharmacology data and strategies

Develop and execute clinical pharmacology strategies and lead Phase 1 clinical pharmacology studies

Required Qualifications

PhD or PharmD or equivalent in clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutics, or related field

8+ years of industry experience in Clinical Pharmacology and / or Pharmacometrics

Expertise in PK / PD, PopPK, and exposure-response modeling; proficiency in R and experience with Monolix or NONMEM required

Extensive experience with biologics, including monoclonal antibodies and bispecifics

Experience leading clinical pharmacology strategies for oncology and / or immunology indications preferred
