• 450-bed acute care hospital with extensive service lines
• Preferred health system in the market
• Complete nocturnal admitting assistance is provided by the Texas Tech Family Medicine Residency program
• The schedule is 7 days on / 7 days off
• Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to automate documentation, reduce administrative burden, improve patient flow, and ensure accurate coding-leading to better work-life balance and revenue
• Additional Nocturnist pay incentive and Quality and Productivity bonus opportunity
