As an Implementation Specialist Senior, you'll play a key role in supporting customers through the setup and maintenance of Commercial Deposits and Treasury Management products. You'll act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through implementations, training, and issue resolution. Key Accountabilities

Manage new and existing service requests for Treasury Management and Commercial Deposits products to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.

Resolve complex customer issues by leveraging your expertise and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Mentor and train colleagues to enhance team performance and ensure consistent service delivery.

Deliver virtual training sessions for new and existing clients, creating tailored materials and ensuring effective product adoption.

Collaborate with IT, Product, and third-party vendors to identify, report, and resolve technical issues.

Participate in testing and implementation of new products or enhancements, serving as a subject matter expert for user acceptance testing (UAT).

Ensure compliance with bank policies and industry regulations to protect customers and mitigate risk.

Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency across implementation practices.

Education & Experience

Required :

Associate degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, accounting, or related field

4+ years of experience in financial services, operations, or a call center environment

Working knowledge of Treasury Management and other non-lending products

Preferred :

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting

AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) certification (or ability to obtain within 2 years)
