About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Model Builder / Developer to design, build, and optimize Anaplan solutions focused on incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, planning, and budgeting. This position is a W2 contract with strong potential for full-time conversion .

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions
• Design and develop Anaplan models, dashboards, and integrations
• Enhance and maintain existing Anaplan applications, ensuring performance and usability
• Create new models with holistic and optimal architecture
• Test and debug applications to resolve issues and optimize functionality
• Provide user support and troubleshoot Anaplan-related issues
• Stay current on Anaplan features and identify opportunities for process automation
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Data teams to align systems and integrations
• Document system configurations, development processes, and technical specifications
