Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team to enhance performance and job satisfaction.

Requirements
Education : Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a management role, preferably in a fully remote environment.
Certifications : CPA or other relevant certifications are highly regarded.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in financial software and tools, including QuickBooks, Excel, and other industry-standard applications.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate with a remote team.
Leadership : Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing a team and driving results.
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess financial performance and make informed decisions.
