Job Summary

The Nursing Assistant (NA) plays a crucial role in providing compassionate care to residents. You'll deliver resident-centered nursing care and assist with daily living activities, all under the guidance of a registered nurse (RN). Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing age-appropriate care based on residents' physical and psychological needs.
• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Monitoring vital signs and documenting resident interactions.
• Encouraging participation in wellness and recreational programs.
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming living environment for residents.

As part of our nursing team, you will ensure adherence to infection control policies. Your contributions help ensure a positive dining experience, assist with meal preparations, and support residents with their dietary needs.
