The Senior Project Manager will lead multi-location, cross functional teams to deliver new Commercial HVAC products to market through a structured stage gate process. This role ensures new products meet specific customer requirements, project goals, timelines and budgets. Project Managers take P&L accountability for all NPD activity through product launch.

In this role, you will manage objectives and influence teams without direct authority, while gaining support and maintaining schedule velocity. You will also leverage product, project, technical and investment steward leadership to ensure the project success. You will be comfortable in ambiguity and advocate for improving project efficiency and finding ways to scale the team.

You will manage all aspects of projects, from beginning to end, with direct responsibility for project execution while leading a team, or teams, to accomplish specific objectives in a given time frame and with available resources. You will also be responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of control projects and accountable for assigned project's scope of work, schedule, and budget. Where is the work :

Due to the nature of this role, this position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.

Compensation : Base Salary : $97,000 - $128,000. Additional Compensation : Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan.
