Your Role And Responsibilities :

The PM of Testing and Cutover is responsible for managing the testing strategy and the cutover strategy for each phased release. For managing testing, the PM is responsible for managing the testing strategy and leading the testing team through execution, while coaching the testing developers with best practices in testing methodologies to ensure quality. For cutover, the PM is responsible for working with the work streams to identify a clearly defined cutover plan with clear expectations of dependencies and client responsibilities. The candidate needs to be able to manage team members, plan and execute testing and cutover approaches, lead client discussions, and manage testing of new work while maintaining testing of a live instance. Strong communication and leadership skills are required.

US Citizenship Required. The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
