Job descriptionCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans for older adults in a long-term care setting Utilize your strong clinical skills to conduct assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based interventions Experience the gratification of helping patients improve their mental well-being and overall quality of life PhD or PsyD with a current license in the state of Illinois or both Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities Passion for working with older adult populations W2 position with customized schedule Base salary with uncapped compensation paid biweekly Flexible time off 401k, medical, dental, vision, plus enhanced benefits Access to TeamHealth's wellness program and referral program Signing bonus available for qualified candidates Industry-leading onboarding program with EMR, MIPS, billing and coding training, and support from experienced clinical educators Company issued and funded iPad with gEHRimed documentation supporting seamless remote access for enhanced team collaboration Developed infrastructure with extensive back office as well as local management support?
