Life Skills Training : Facilitate workshops on budgeting, job readiness, communication, and other critical skills to help clients achieve independence. Advocacy : Serve as an advocate for clients, ensuring access to public benefits, healthcare, and legal aid, while addressing systemic barriers. Case Management : Monitor progress through regular follow-ups, adjust service plans as needed, and document all interactions and outcomes. Crisis Intervention : Respond to emergencies with appropriate de-escalation techniques and support, ensuring client and staff safety. Collaboration : Partner with community organizations, government agencies, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize services for clients.
