About the Role

The strategic and detail-oriented Marketing Performance Analyst is critical in helping us understand and improve the effectiveness of our marketing activities by providing deep insights into performance metrics, return on investment, and pipeline and revenue contribution. You'll partner closely with our Revenue and Growth Marketing Leaders, Revenue Operations and Finance teams to surface actionable insights that inform our marketing strategy and investment decisions.

Responsibilities

Build and Maintain Marketing Performance Dashboards

• Design, build, and manage comprehensive dashboards in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key metrics across the full marketing funnel.
• Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, automated, and aligned with business goals for easy consumption by stakeholders across marketing, sales, and executive leadership.
• Manage and update the core artifacts that the marketing leadership team use to run the business and report on performance to the rest of the go-to-customer organization

Analyze Marketing Funnel Performance

Campaign and Channel Effectiveness Analysis

Marketing Attribution & ROI Measurement

Forecasting and Planning Support
