Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic people leader to join our Leadership & Organizational Development team. This role combines program expertise with people leadership-managing a small team while shaping and implementing leadership and organizational development initiatives that build capability, strengthen culture, and drive organizational success. The ideal candidate brings 5 - 7 years of experience in instructional design, facilitation, and program management, with a proven ability to lead both programs and people.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities :

• People Leadership :

Lead, coach, and develop a small team setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and supporting career development.

Create a collaborative team culture that models' leadership excellence and continuous learning.

Align team priorities to enterprise Talent & Development strategy under the Sr. Director of Leadership & Organizational Development.

Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across Vivint, NRG, HRBPs, and Senior Leaders

Physical Requirements :

The base salary range for this position is : $104,720-$140,000
