We are currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager with a can-do attitude for our Vail / Beaver Creek locations. This position requires a highly organized individual who can remain calm under pressure and balance challenging priorities on a regular basis. Will assist in onboarding new owners and properties, pre-arrival inspections, marketing via social media, and other responsibilities as assigned.

WORK SCHEDULE :

Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

SUPERVISION :

The Assistant Property Manager reports directly to the Managing Director.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :

One-year experience in similar position required.

Computer efficient. Microsoft Word & Excel.

Troubleshoot maintenance calls and draft work orders as needed.

Must be proficient at typing, grammar, formatting, and correspondence.

Proven experience providing effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication. Ability to speak effectively and communicate professionally with individuals or groups inside and outside of the organization.

Must exercise the ability to remain calm and professional while managing multiple priorities and coordinating services.

Must have exceptional organizational skills, and able to pay attention to detail.

Able to multi-task and handle interruptions.

Must work with minimal supervision and have a proven record of accuracy.

Personal integrity and the ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others.

Must be proactive in their approach to problem solving.

Comfortable knowing and maintaining confidential information.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Valid Driver’s License.

Must be willing to use personal vehicle. Mileage will be reimbursed.

Must be willing to perform light maintenance.

Bilingual a plus.

Candidate must be an Eagle County resident. Housing is not available.
