Job Opportunity

Location : Richmond VA, Tampa FL, Grande Prairie TX, Indianapolis IN, Atlanta GA, Durham NC, Mason OH Hours : Standard Working hours Travel : This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

Position Overview : Responsible for Payment Innovation / payment model business solution research, design, development and ongoing strategy.

How You Will Make an Impact :

  • Supporting Payment Innovation Directors in designing and administering value-based programs
  • Coordinating and leading cross-department meetings
  • Aggregating quality measure requirements and overseeing successful creation and maintenance of quality scorecards
  • Conducting research and program evaluation
  • Leads special projects / initiatives

Required Qualifications : Requires a BA / BS in business or related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare systems, including 3 years of experience in a strategic role; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • MBA / MPH / MS / MPP degree Preferred
  • Experience with commercial Health plans preferred
  • Familiarity with value-based payment models and quality measurement Preferred
  • Previous experience leading design and execution of value-based payment models strongly preferred
  • Experience with quality measure development Preferred
  • Experience with negotiating value-based care contracts Preferred
