Roles & Responsibilities
MITRE is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is critical to ensuring that candidates and hiring managers have an excellent experience through the pre-hire journey. You will work cross-functionally with a range of teams, from recruiters and hiring managers to department heads, department administration and other internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree. Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel. Experience coordinating interviews in a mid to high volume environment and working directly with Hiring Managers and Administrative or Executive Assistants for coordination. Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt and be flexible to change management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Understands the importance of data accuracy. Previous experience partnering with Recruiters for success. Highly adaptable, providing comprehensive support across various aspects of Talent Acquisition, ensuring seamless coverage and collaboration with colleagues. Interested in gaining a deeper understanding of new tools and talent acquisition technologies. This position requires a minimum of 50% hybrid on-site work schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years' experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday. Familiarity with OFCCP regulations. Experience using Concur for coordinating travel. Experience with MS Teams.
Salary compensation range and midpoint : $55,000 - $68,500 - $82,000 Annual Work Location Type : Hybrid
