• Role Overview
• We’re looking for a full-time video editor & content creator with strong experience in leveraging the latest AI video & content tools (Runway, Descript, Pika Labs, etc.) to produce 30+ high-quality video assets / month for social platforms — with a focus on thought leadership, education, storytelling, and performance.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, founder-led content environment, knows how to turn raw ideas or recordings into scroll-stopping content, and can operate at a high creative and technical level using lean, AI-enhanced workflows.##
• Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Video Production
• Edit & produce short-form videos (15s–90s) for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok etc.
• Turn raw footage talking head content into engaging, branded video assets.
• Repurpose long-form content (webinars, podcasts, interviews) into short, value-packed clips.
• Create scripts and shape storytelling arcs that highlight thought leadership, education, and brand voice.
• Apply the latest AI tools (e.g., Descript, RunwayML, ElevenLabs, Pika, Synthesia, Opus Clip) for fast iteration and automation.
• Write and refine copy (captions, overlays, hooks) to maximize engagement across platforms.
• Generate AI voice-overs and sync them with video content where needed.
• Edit audio elements, including cleanup, balancing, and adding light background music to enhance viewer experience.
• Add captions, motion graphics, callouts, and platform-native elements to boost watch time and engagement.
• Maintain a consistent visual brand identity and tone of voice across all creative.
• Stay up to date with short-form content trends, algorithms, and high-performing styles in B2B SaaS and tech.
• Collaborate directly with the marketing manager, copywriter, paid media specialist and CEO to capture, refine, and package thought-leadership content.###
• Analytics & Continuous Improvement
• Monitor content performance metrics across platforms.
• Use data-driven insights to identify what content resonates and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize content for growth and engagement.##
• Mandatory Requirements
• 3+ years of video editing experience, ideally in a startup or fast-paced content environment.
• Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, plus motion graphics tools such as After Effects (or similar).
• Proficiency with AI-first tools like Descript, Runway, Opus Clip, etc.
• Strong eye for design, pacing, and storytelling in short-form formats.
• Experience creating content for a personal brand or founder — especially in tech, SaaS, or B2B spaces.
• Comfort with raw talking head footage, screen recordings, and imperfect source material.
• Understanding of social media platforms' formats, specs, and engagement tactics.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle feedback with a growth mindset.##
• Bonus Points For
• Experience building a personal or company brand presence on social media.
• Familiarity with emerging AI content creation tools beyond video.
• Experience with motion graphics or 2D animation.
• Familiarity with the digital ads ecosystem (PPC, Google Ads, ad fraud, etc.).
• Prior work with SaaS brands, creators, or founder-led businesses.
• Writing / producing captions or copy optimized for engagement.
