5x8-Hour Day Shifts / 4X10 -Hour Day Shifts

Available Shift Options :

6 : 30 AM – 3 : 00 PM

8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Contract Length : 26 Weeks

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient Pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient or acute care experience and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Review, prepare, and dispense medications in accordance with physician orders.

Monitor patient medication therapy and provide recommendations to healthcare teams.

Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Support patient education and counseling as needed.

Qualifications :

Experience : 0–2 years of inpatient or acute care pharmacy experience (first-time travelers accepted with prior inpatient background).

Certifications Required :

BLS

Chemo / Hazardous Drug Handling

IV Certification

Active State Pharmacist License (pending license accepted)

Preferred Experience : Epic (Excellian) charting experience

Additional Details :

Weekend Requirement : Every 4th weekend

On-Call : Yes, every 4th weekend

Floating : No floating required

Block Scheduling : Available upon request
