Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, AI, data science, and other roles

Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles

Build diverse candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience

Required Qualifications

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical roles

Proven ability to source and close top talent in competitive markets

Experience in startup or high-growth tech environments preferred

Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools

Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced setting
