Location : Letort Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation

Letort Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of our residents by helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and establish measurable short- and long-term rehabilitation goals.

Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance residents’ functional abilities, mobility, and independence.

Educate residents and their families on exercises, techniques, and adaptive strategies to support therapy outcomes.

Accurately document resident progress and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Participate in care conferences and team meetings to contribute to the development and review of treatment plans.

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapy License in good standing.

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.

Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred, but not required.
