Bookkeeping Apprentice Entry Level

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Apprentice for our busy electrical contractor that provides residential and commercial service to customers in the Southeast Texas area. The employee will train for 6-8 weeks in Sequin, TX, then permanently work in Beaumont TX. Candidates must be available for the duration of this time, to avoid any interference with training.

This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to begin their career in bookkeeping. As an apprentice, you will learn and assist in maintaining financial records, tracking income and expenses, and supporting the overall accounting process under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Only ENTRY-LEVEL Texas or Louisiana candidates will be considered!

• Key Responsibilities :
• Duties will include clerical, accounting, and customer service.
• Answering phones for service / estimate requests, scheduling work, setting up and invoicing

customers, communicating and problem solving to manage open balances.

Hotel and food paid as well as mileage. - High school diploma or equivalent
