Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for a wide range of computer-related issues
Document customer problems and follow up to ensure resolution
Utilize ServiceNow for creating requests and incidents while updating the knowledge base
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a Call Center environment
Experience with a ticketing system
Extensive knowledge of MS Office (2007 to present)
Familiarity with technical infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, and servers
Experience working remotely or independently
