Maintenance Manager

A well-established and growing food manufacturer is urgently seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance strategy and ensure high reliability performance across a fast-paced, refrigerated production environment.

This is a key leadership role with strong long-term stability and the ability to make immediate operational impact.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor a multi-shift maintenance team
• Ensure uptime and mechanical / electrical reliability across the facility
• Own preventive & predictive maintenance systems (CMMS)
• Troubleshoot equipment, utilities, and refrigeration / cooler systems
• Partner closely with Operations and Safety to support plant goals
• Oversee maintenance planning, capital projects, and contractor work
• Support strict food safety and regulatory requirements
