Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Engineer with a focus on Content Products to join our team, driving innovation and efficiency in technology solutions. This role involves owning product roadmaps, overseeing the delivery of system and tool changes, and spearheading automation and data integrity initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in mentoring, driving strategy, and delivering outstanding results, ensuring our technology supports both employees and the Community effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Content Platform roadmap, focusing on our headless CMS (Contentstack) and taxonomy platform (Graphite).
• Supervise the complete lifecycle of system and tool changes from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring quality standards.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency, particularly within Contentstack.
• Engage in stakeholder management, identifying pain points, and promoting industry best practices.
• Act as a mentor to junior team members, guiding them in their development and delivery efforts.
