\nUnit Notes\nHospital Setting-Monday - Friday, rotating weekends\nOutpatient and inpatient roles, lymphedema eval experience a benefit.\nWould cover outpatient evaluations and split treats with COTAs, then assist on inpatient side for evaluations\n

Required Qualifications

Occupational Therapist, Acute

Experience : 1 year

Licenses : OT-KS(Copy needed)

Certifications : OTR-National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

AND

Occupational Therapist, Outpatient

SSN Required

DOB Required

Work History : Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history

References : 1 Reference in the last 12 months\n\n\n\n
