Automotive Customer Service / Service BDR
Vann York Automotive Group is currently hiring for a Customer Service / Service BDR. This position works in a fast-paced atmosphere and is responsible for making outgoing calls and setting appointments for potential business.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain a daily average of 100 outgoing calls.
- Call previous day's showroom ups.
- Take new car phone ups.
- T. O. phone calls on all customers that don't appoint (pricing and availability).
- Call all unsold prospects.
- Answer all overflow fast ring calls.
- Confirm appointments.
- Work with Internet Manager to follow up with leads.
- Maintain open communication with the Internet Manager and Sales Managers.
- Exercise exemplary verbal and non-verbal communication skills and protect the dealership's interest when communicating with customers.
