This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. Aetna's Medicare Stars Web team is an integral part of the Medicare Stars business. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Analysis, to join our team. This team manages data environments, reporting and web applications that support Medicare and Stars-specific initiatives.

In this fast-paced environment, the candidate will have opportunities to work with a wide variety of Medicare business areas and applications. Within the team, the candidate will interact with skilled analysts and technical partners. Location can be anywhere in the U.S.
Required Qualifications
3-5 or more years of healthcare, health insurance or a relevant combination of experience. Proven track record of successfully delivering on projects. Experience with writing and executing SQL queries. Working knowledge of Agile methodologies including SAFe concepts as well as familiarity with Agile tools such as Rally. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritizing effectually, and meeting deadlines. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and negotiate across business areas. Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability. Ability to understand complex systems and solve challenging analytical problems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at different levels of the organization. Demonstrated knowledge of Medicare Stars. Understanding and use of ServiceNow, Rally, JIRA, IRT processes.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is : $54,300.00 - $159,120.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
