Interested in maintenance? We're looking to train our next Maintenance Technician to join our team at Seasons on Chelsea in Fort Mitchell, KY.   The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

What We Offer :

• Starting at $23.00 - $25.00 / hr.
• PLUS quarterly bonus up to $750.00
• Up to $100 a week additional pay when on call if you get called out or not!
