What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Architect credit underwriting, pre‑screen targeting, A / B testing, and credit limit assignment strategies
Utilize deep analysis to enhance credit card offerings using a comprehensive data ecosystem
Collaborate with the Data Science team to design new machine learning models
Partner with cross‑functional teams to deploy new strategies effectively
Monitor performance of strategies and portfolios, documenting results and escalating issues as needed
What is Required (Qualifications) :
Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related field
Proficiency in credit risk strategy and consumer credit analytics
Experience with analytical strategy development and customer performance data
Strong skills in EXCEL, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
Familiarity with credit strategy analytic life cycle and decision trees
Experience with A / B testing and regression analysis
Knowledge of bureau attributes and their application in credit risk management
