Production Test Technician Weekends, Amazon Leo

Were hiring a Test Technician who will be responsible for assembling the mechanical / electrical components of the propulsion system for the satellite in a cleanroom and ESD control environment.

The shift options for this role are :

• 4 / 10s Friday-Monday 7 : 00am - 5 : 30pm PST
• Monday-Friday 3 : 30pm - 12 : 00am PST

The Technician will assemble the propulsion system and help to identify process improvements to improve build efficiency. You will work closely with multiple engineering teams on production hardware and manufacturing processes. The successful candidate thrives in a fast paced start-up like environment and are able to apply their technical expertise and commitment to quality to positively impact team metrics and organization goals. To be successful you need to be highly motivated and detail oriented while showing the highest standards of execution.

The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $37 / hour and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $71760 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $80080 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and / or other benefits.
