Corporate Attorney - Oregon Licensed

A company is looking for an Attorney - Corporate Transactional Team.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver comprehensive legal counsel for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and contract negotiation

Advise on legal, regulatory, and tax aspects of strategic business initiatives

Draft, review, and advise on a wide array of commercial contracts

Required Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership required

3+ years of relevant experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions

Experience advising on privacy and / or data security matters

Combination of in-house and private practice experience in insurance and / or financial services preferred

CIPP / US certification preferred
