Head Of Agile Business Performance

Job Description

Tasks :

  • Strategic and operational leadership of the agile business performance area
  • Development and implementation of tailored concepts for agile transformations at team, department, and organizational levels
  • Consulting clients on agile frameworks, scaling models, and change management
  • Active expansion of our customer portfolio including sales activities and proposal creation
  • Leadership, coaching, and development of an interdisciplinary team
  • Representation of our company with clients, at events, and in professional bodies

Qualifications

You :

  • Proven experience in the IT industry, ideally in the consulting or project environment
  • Several years of experience as an agile coach with deep knowledge of agile frameworks and transformation projects at team and organizational levels
  • Experience in selling consulting services and developing professional concepts and customized customer solutions
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and enthusiasm for team and talent development
  • Strong communication and strategic skills coupled with entrepreneurial thinking
  • Fluent in German and English
