Role : E-commerce Manager (Amazon) Hours : 8am - 5pm Eastern Standard Time Hourly Wage : $8 - $10 (negotiable based on experience) Lago is seeking a results-driven E-commerce Manager with a strong focus on Amazon to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our Amazon sales strategy, ensuring optimal product listings, and managing overall account health. You will lead initiatives that drive sales growth and improve customer experience across the Amazon platform by implementing best practices in listing optimization, SEO, and promotional strategy. Your data-driven approach will be key in analyzing sales performance and market trends, allowing for informed decision-making and strategic planning. We are looking for a proactive leader who is passionate about e-commerce and has a proven track record of success in managing Amazon accounts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Optimize and enhance existing Amazon product listings for improved visibility, SEO performance, and conversion rates, with a goal of scaling to 4,0005,000 units / month in sales
• Lead the launch and optimization of 1020 new Amazon product listings for a growing product line
• Develop high-quality product content, images, and A+ detail pages aligned with brand standards and platform best practices
• Manage advertising and PPC campaigns to efficiently drive traffic and maximize sales performance
• Ensure consistent inventory availability and listing uptime across all SKUs
• Monitor account health, address performance issues proactively, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies
• Systematically replicate successful strategies across additional SKUs to support business growth.
