Job Description

This role offers a range of $76,000 to $100,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.

The Associate Product Manager / Product Manager is responsible for managing and executing the overall strategy and financial performance of a specific Product Line.  Works to identify market needs, build product growth strategies, and manage the overall product lifecycle to achieve revenue and profit growth objectives.  Works cross-functionally to affect change across all levels of Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Pricing, and Executive Functions.  This role will report to the Group Product Manager.  The person in this role will be responsible to :

• Set the product offering for the market and works to shape demand towards products with high financial quality of earnings
• Develop effective price maintenance strategy to capture price realization needed to recover costs and improve profitability
• Secure market data, analyze and maintain complete competitive analysis information and market intelligence files for product line to determine and prioritize customer and market needs and wants for products
• Plan, organize and control the introduction of new products
• Manages the development and launch to market of all new products.
• Continuously review product line integrity and reliability
• Work with Supply Chain to maintain a demand forecast on a monthly basis
• Responsible for meeting established finished goods turns target
