Responsibilities :
We are looking for Cath Lab Rad Techs to join our growing Clovis Community Cath Lab team! In your role, you will work alongside a robust team made up of various proceduralists, including Interventional Radiologists, Interventional Neurologists, Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Cardiologist, and more. Our Cath Lab Techs operate medical imaging equipment, including single and bi-plane fluoroscopic angiography equipment, Ultrasound, and Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS), and assist with device management.
As part of a collaborative team, you will be at the forefront of cutting-edge and state-of-the-art resources, performing various interventional procedures, from routine diagnostic angiographic procedures to complex vascular, non-vascular interventional, and therapeutic procedures. Qualifications : Education
High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate requiredGraduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology requiredExperience
1 year of experience in a cardiac catheterization lab requiredAnnual demonstration of proficient cath lab radiologic technologist proficiency requiredKnowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and arrhythmia recognition or completed the basic arrhythmia course and passed the exam within 12 month of hire requiredLicenses and Certifications
BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) requiredCRT - State of California Certified Radiologic Technologist requiredCRTFP - State of California Radiologic Tech Fluoroscopy Permit requiredARRT - American Registry Radiologic Technologists requiredOne of the following is preferredARRT(VI) - ARRT Vascular Interventional RadiographyARRT(CI) - ARRT Cardiac InterventionalARRT(CVI) - ARRT Cardiac-Vascular Intervention (still valid but not available for new examinees)RCIS - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive SpecialistRCES - Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology SpecialistDisclaimers :
