Responsibilities

What Youll Do

Lead from the front : canvassing neighborhoods educating customers and driving renewable energy enrollments.

Coach your team : train new sales reps share best practices and build a competitive culture.

Drive results : set targets strategize and execute campaigns with the management team.

Represent with integrity : educate customers accurately follow compliance and build trust.

Stay knowledgeable : keep up on renewable trends sales strategy and company updates.

Qualifications

Who Were Looking For

Proven experience in sales leadership canvassing or direct sales

Solar or renewable energy background a plus

Confident communicator who can train motivate and close deals

Organized self-starter with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets

Full-time availability : Monday Friday 11 : 00 AM 8 : 00 PM

18 High school diploma or equivalent
